Heaton^® water-tube steam generators are a fast, safe steam producer for every facility that uses steam. They can be safely used even in residential areas.

Thanks to their compact design, their size and water volume are very small, so they produce steam in a very short time (3-5 minutes). In this short time, heat efficiency values are maximized while standby losses are kept to a minimum.

Thanks to their three-pass design, Heaton^® steam generators draw on both burner flame and waste flue gas to produce economical, dry steam. High capacity and fully safe.

The built-in droplet-separator lets them be used by businesses that need dry steam.

The steam flow rate of Heaton^® Steam Generators can be adjusted with an inverter-controlled imported triplex pump. Since every business's operating conditions differ, this feature makes it possible to produce drier, higher-quality steam.

They do not require expensive, specially designed high-pressure burners for good, efficient combustion.

Steam temperature, flue gas temperature, condensate return temperature, burner, pump and other safety components are controlled from a PLC-controlled touchscreen. Settings can be adjusted on-screen according to the values the business requires.

They are shipped with the operating and safety components, condensate tank, a water softener selected for the business's water hardness, burner and PLC-controlled control panel already installed.

Heaton^® steam generators are manufactured as a package with an economizer, steam distribution manifold and valves, at the customer's request.
