Steam Generators
Steam Generator
Suited to every facility that uses steam, from textiles to food to hospitals to the concrete industry, Heaton® Steam Generators produce dry steam at the push of a button in a short time, across 18 capacity options from 100-3,000 kg/h.

Heaton® Steam Generators are the ideal steam generator for every facility that uses steam, including the textile, hospital, hotel, laundry, kitchen, dry cleaning, food, agriculture, chemical, paint, pharmaceutical, leather, canning, dairy, beverage bottling and concrete industries.
Heaton® Steam Generators hold TSE and CE quality certification, backed by 50 years of manufacturing experience.
18 separate capacity ranges between 100 kg/h and 3,000 kg/h offer the most suitable solution for different types of production.
Thanks to their special design, Heaton® Steam Generators take up less space and, with good insulation, have very low heat loss.
They reach full capacity in a short time, meeting your facility's needs by producing dry steam. Highly efficient and fully automatic.
Heaton® steam generators run trouble-free for years and have low operating costs over their lifetime. They are easy to maintain and operate. Unlike water-tube generators, they are not as easily affected by hard, limescale-forming water, and there is no need to manually flush the coil for minutes at a time.
They operate automatically at the push of a single button and produce steam in a short time.
Heaton® steam generators are kept under control against high temperature by impulses taken from the flue gas and the steam, together with digital thermostats. Operating pressure is limited by pressure switches against high pressure.
Thanks to the microprocessor on the control panel, the water level is checked every second via level probes and magnetic/mechanical indicators, creating a fully safe design.
The steam generator has two safety valves for mechanical pressure control. Adding an integrated economizer, a modulating burner and an inverter-controlled pump makes it possible to reach even higher efficiencies.
With its touchscreen and PLC-controlled processor, it can be programmed daily or monthly.
The operating and safety components on Heaton® Steam Generators meet international standards and Class A, fitted with select products from the world's leading manufacturers.
Frequently Asked Questions
What capacities are steam generators manufactured in?
Heaton® steam generators are manufactured in 18 separate capacity options between 100 kg/h and 3,000 kg/h, offering the most suitable solution for production facilities of different sizes.
Which industries use steam generators?
They are used in every facility that uses steam, including textile, hospital, hotel, laundry, kitchen, dry cleaning, food, agriculture, chemical, paint, pharmaceutical, leather, canning, dairy, beverage bottling and the concrete industry.
What is the difference between a steam generator and a steam boiler?
A steam generator takes up less space, has very low heat loss thanks to good insulation, and reaches full capacity quickly to produce dry steam. Heaton® steam generators are also less affected by hard, limescale-forming water than water-tube generators; there is no need to manually flush the coil for minutes at a time.
Is a steam generator safe?
It is kept under control against high temperature via impulses from the flue gas and steam together with digital thermostats, and operating pressure is limited by pressure switches. The microprocessor on the control panel checks the water level every second using level probes and magnetic/mechanical indicators.
Does the steam generator hold quality certifications?
Heaton® steam generators hold TSE and CE quality certification, backed by 50 years of manufacturing experience.
Heaton® Steam Generator is manufactured by İtimat Kazan.
