Steam Boiler Design
A spacious combustion chamber (furnace) ensures complete combustion. This keeps harmful emissions low, and the three-pass feature further reduces NOx emissions.
The water-cooled, generously sized reversal chamber behind the combustion chamber provides high operating safety and a long service life.

Installed Without a Foundation
Heaton® steam boilers sit on thick-profile feet. No special foundation is required. The profile feet make transport and installation easier and protect the boiler from corrosion.
Steam Boiler Auxiliary Equipment

Combustion systems, water softening, feedwater pumps and condensate tanks, economizers, heat-recovery systems, automatic bottom and surface blowdown (TDS) valves, and control panels that manage the whole system complete the energy system.
