Heaton^® Reverse-Flame Steam Boiler

The Heaton^® Steam Boiler is distinguished from ordinary boilers by its advanced reverse-flame combustion technology.

The burner flame is reversed inside the furnace (combustion chamber), and the hot gases and unburned fuel particles meet the flame a second time, achieving maximum combustion efficiency and extremely low emission values.

Thanks to this superior technology, flue gases are cleaner and energy conversion is far more effective.

The intense heat generated in the furnace is transferred to the water mainly through radiant heat transfer. Across successive passes, the combination of radiation and convection delivers maximum heat transfer, so every fuel molecule is used as efficiently as possible.

Heaton^® Steam Boilers are manufactured in compliance with PED 2014/68/EU and EN 12953 standards, using the highest-quality boiler steel and boiler tubes.

All welding is carried out with modern automatic submerged-arc welding technology, and after production every boiler passes rigorous testing to confirm safety and durability.
