- The Heaton® solid fuel heating boiler is the most fitting central heating boiler for its efficiency and its suitability for coal of varying calorific value.
- Efficiency is around 85% on low-calorie lignite. This efficiency rises further with imported coal.
- Its fire-baffle design lets the flame pass through the boiler three times, so the flame transfers all of its heat to the boiler water.
- A flue damper controls boiler combustion. This feature reduces fuel consumption.
- The boiler grates are cast iron and, unlike sheet-metal grates, do not suffer from problems such as burn-through and corrosion. They are sectional rather than one-piece, and can be replaced individually when needed.
- The boiler tubes are rolled, not welded, and are easy to replace when needed.
- It needs less space than classic hot water boilers. It can be transported disassembled into sections and installed on site in boiler rooms with narrow entrances.
- Manufacturing is carried out with quality materials and skilled labor, to TSE 497 and TS EN 303 standards.
- Adding a stoker enables fully automatic combustion.
Heaton® Solid Fuel Heating Boiler is manufactured by İtimat Kazan.
